ProTren Accepts VISA, MasterCard, American Express and Discover.

Online orders require a minimum product total of $38, excluding taxes, shipping, packaging and handling.

The 20% Courtesy, 40% Wholesale and 55% Distributor discounts each require at least $78 in eligible products after the applicable discount. If this qualification is not met, the tier discount does not apply; a customer may order at regular prices provided the $38 online minimum is met.

For continental-US standard delivery, accounts assigned to any of these three tiers use the $100 shipping threshold. All other customers use the $85 threshold. These thresholds are based on the product subtotal after discounts, before taxes and delivery fees.

Online purchases of Yogurt Starter require at least 2 bottles for every customer. Yogurt Starter remains eligible for applicable tier discounts.

For standard delivery within the continental United States, the combined shipping, packaging and handling charge is $20.95 below the applicable product-subtotal threshold and $12.95 at or above it. The $20.95 charge includes an $8 shipping surcharge plus $12.95 packaging and handling.

The threshold is $100 for accounts assigned to the 20% Courtesy, 40% Wholesale or 55% Distributor tier, and $85 for all other customers. Subtotals are calculated after discounts and before tax and delivery fees.

Alaska and Hawaii use a separate rate schedule: standard shipping, packaging and handling totals $42.95 below an $85 product subtotal and $37.95 at or above $85. Available delivery options and charges are shown at checkout. ProTren does not ship on Fridays.

Where available, select Overnight UPS Shipping at checkout. The configured continental-US overnight rate is $47.95 for orders up to 25 lb; Alaska and Hawaii use a separate $59.95 overnight rate. The available rate is shown at checkout and replaces the standard delivery option. ProTren does not ship on Fridays.

Standard delivery charges shown above include $12.95 for packaging and handling. This covers the materials and procedures used to keep products under temperature control during transport. This fee is already included in the combined delivery charge displayed at checkout.

All product returns or credits must receive prior authorization. Please contact your ProTren Account Manager, email info@protren.com or call 888-381-1887 for instructions concerning product defects, damage during delivery or patient returns.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless ProTren confirms otherwise. Shipping, overnight delivery, packaging and handling charges are non-refundable.

Once your return has been received and inspected, we will email you to confirm receipt and advise whether your refund has been approved or rejected. Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 30 days; bank or payment-provider processing times may vary.
